Annual Meeting Registration

Registration and payment forms are available here. Please register using the registration form at your earliest convenience. 

Payment can be done via Bank Transfer or by credit card.
Please note that at the venue only cash payments will be accepted.

Also note that there are several groups which are not listed as "official" SIG groups that are organizing thematic lunches. As they are not listed on the registration form if you are interested in attending any of these groups please address directly to fhaan@shotlisbon2008.com. The list of these groups will be updated regularly on the Sig and Other Meetings item.

Registration deadlines

Registration Fees includes

• all scientific sessions
• conference registration folder
• touristic information folder
• facilities for all presentations (1)
• Opening Ceremony
• Welcome Reception
• coffee breaks

(1) Computer and beamer will be available for every presentation, free of charge – speakers only need to bring their presentation files in a USB Memory stick or CD-ROM.

Accompanying persons

The accompanying person must be registered together with a full SHOT participant and she/he is entitled to:

• registration folder
• touristic information folder
• Welcome Reception
